Sub-frame
A subframe assumes a vital function in enhancing the comfort and operation of a vehicle by connecting the suspension components and the body to prevent vibration and noise from directly intruding into the passenger compartment.
Suspension System
Suspension is the collective term for all force transmission and connection devices between the vehicle frame (or monocoque body) and the axle (or wheels). Its function is to transmit the forces and torques acting between the wheels and the frame, while at the same time damping the impact forces transmitted to the frame or body from uneven road surfaces, reducing the vibrations caused by such impacts and ensuring a smooth ride for the vehicle.
